Style 1331 Single conductor with extruded insulation
1.Rating: 150 deg C, 600 Vac, Horizontal flame. Optional - 60 deg C or 80 deg C Oil, Gasoline Resistant.
2.Conductor: 30 AWG - 4/0 AWG solid or stranded or Litz cable conductor consists of magnet wire, R/C (OBMW2), rated a minimum of 150 deg C. Each single magnet wire strand is cabled together with the other magnet wire strands to form a conductor. AWG size to be determined by DC Resistance Test.
3.Insulation: Extruded FEP.
4.Covering: Optional - Extruded FEP, 2 mils minimum thickness, or glass braid, 7 mils minimum thickness.
5.Standard: Appliance Wiring Material UL 758.
6.Marking: General.
7.Usage: Internal wiring of appliances. Wires employing Litz conductors shall be plainly marked on the tag or reel as follows: "Litz conductors are manufactured using solderable magnet wire".

Q:What's your company MOQ
A:Our company has MOQ requirements, but we also accept small quantity.
Q:Whether these products quality assured?
A:Most of cables are certificated. Also, we have strict QC, all products are 100% tested before delivery. Quality is assured.
Q:Can you send a sample for us to test?
A:1.If we have it in stock and the amount is small, it is free.
2.If we do not have it in stock, sample and freight cost have have to be paid by your esteemed company. But we will return the sample cost to you when we receiving your initial order.
Q:If I want to purchase, how to pay?
A: Generally we do T/T in 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading. Also payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.
